You can export the contents of any view to a .CSV (comma separated values) file.  Many popular applications such as Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel can import .CSV files.


To export a view:


    1. Select the File | Export | Current View As CSV File menu command or click the Export View toolbar button.



    2. The Export View window appears.  Select the folder in which to save the exported .CSV file and click OK to export the view.
