WeatherMate is a portable application

- Download and install WeatherMate on your computer.
- To start WeatherMate, run WeatherMate4.exe.
- To configure WeatherMate, right-click its window and select an option from the popup menu.
- To stop WeatherMate, right-click its window and select Exit from the popup menu.
