To change TakeStock 2's general appearance:


    1. Select the Tools | Options | Display menu command.  The Display Options window appears.



    2. Here you can select:

      • Whether the Chart window should show a dark background when comparing multiple securities.
      • Whether the TakeStock Explorer should automatically hide itself after you select a portfolio to view, in order to save space.
      • Whether a portfolio's full path name (i.e. including all parent folders) should be displayed.
      • The color used to identify a sorted column.
      • The color used to highlight alternate rows.
      • Whether trade timestamps should include timezone information.
      • Your home market.  The home market's status is displayed in the TakeStock 2 status bar.


    1. Select the options you want and click OK to apply them.
